    New post on an old topic that has returned. 10 week old (hatched 9/28) black copper maran. I'm thinking that the name Dorothy just won't fit any more...is this a cockerel?? Color, saddle & hackle feathers, even comb?!?! Just want to be sure before I start calling Dorothy Hercules!!

    Well, now its 4 hens and to one roo...Thank you TheCrazyClucker for the info about the EE roosters. Is there any space requirement difference? Our coop is 4 x 4 with a run that is 4 x 15. They always have access to the run (we live in GA, so unless its really cold, their door will be open)...
