    I have just cut up a half bushel of cukes. Have some ready for sweet relish. The rest will be made into bread and butter picks and dill. I have some tomatillos to get on and make more green salsa.

    Canned six half pints of tomatillo salsa and six half pits of blueberry jam. Does anybody have a favorite tomatillo salsa recipe? I used the Ball blue book. It's okay, but I think I may like it more if it had less or no lime juice in the recipe.

    Currently canning 7 pints of whole blueberries in medium syrup and then 7 pints of whole blueberries in a light syrup (figured they'd be better for kid lunches).

    I'm not at all familiar with wildflower jellies. Do you eat them on toast or use them any way you'd use a regular jam/jelly? Or do you add them to recipes to bring a little something extra? Fill me in!

    Made 4 pints of strawberry jam and 4 pints of bumbleberry jam. I used 2 cups strawberries and a cup and a half each of blueberries and raspberries for the bumbleberry. It may be my new favorite. It's so good!
