Hey everyone, been awhile! Been a busy year between chickens, kids, garden and more. Canning is definitely under way and managed to make a few things even with my in-laws here this past week.

From today's endeavor: Pickled Quail Eggs - managed to two get pints and on partial, made both regular and spicy to see what we like and what to tweak.
Yes, they will be canned. It's vinegar based & when brought to a light boil and poured over the eggs it will seal the jars automatically. Being that it's vinegar, it acts as a preservative.
