Wasnt planning on doing much this year. I just coldnt let the concords go the smelled wonderful out there on the vine.
Soo I ended up with 9 pints of Grape Butter.Wonderful! love that stuff.
When ever I can a stew, I can it for the time and pressure of the meat.
I thicken with potato flakes or just condensed soups.
Then on the pulled pork ,I would do the pork with out ur sauce add it later. It will change the tast ofthe BBQ sauce if yu can it.
I dont even let them thaw. I put right in my kettle and as heating they thaw I mash them.
Add my sugar the sugar draws out juice.then add your pectin and let come to a boil.Boil for time recomended and jar it up.
