Hatch day!!! I have a chick!!! :jumpy And at least one strong pip!!!! I was so nervous that I wouldn't get any... My last incubation try was a disaster. Praying for a strong hatch.

Oops Oops! (Figuring out this ap on my phone) thanks for the welcome :) I did as you suggested and left them upright. They are shipped eggs and have a few wonky air cells.

Love this thread! It's LOCKDOWN day! 16 silkies started, 10 in for the final 3 days! :fl There are 2 I am not sure about, but I am hopeful enough to let them go to the end. I am wondering, what is everyone's experience in hatching positions? Upright or sideways?
