    Edited- oops It is fully automatic, so you just add water. There is a digital display that tells you the temp and humidity but i bought a little temp/hygrometer just to double check. If you want the turner you can buy it separately. I think they are about $50.

    I always recommend a GQF Genesis , I have the 1588 model, it has the big view window. I absolutely love it. It's about $135 dollars, so not "cheap" but it's well worth it.

    Hmm I'm not a Silkie person, but I'm pretty sure both of those are females as well. The NN is definitely a hen also, there are no prominent saddle hackle or sickle feathers. The same goes for every bird in the pictures you've shown us. Are you positive the eggs are fertile?

    I don't see any that are obviously a rooster. Makes me think your guy might be a silkie. Can you post better face shots of the silkies?
