Still working as we all just walk into the chickens run and push the roosters aside, gently of course :) funnily enough i am right at this moment watching a documentary about the Amish and as the father and kids were going into the pen the father said "the children act like they are soldiers...
Ment to say thanks for the advice on agressive roosters, they dont go anywere near anyone now as i have everyone walk into the coop like they own the place and shove ( gently of course :) ) the roosters aside if they get in the way. They havent tried to attack anyone for a week. :D
Well.. Out of five one egg hatched, one didnt develop at all, one made it to day 18 then stopped developing, another made it to day 18 then got crushed by the mother and the last one hatched and fluffed up perfectly then got crushed by the mother.
This is what i discovered after taking her off...

Hi everyone!! Quick question

Is there any hope? anyone else...
The whole thing is around 8x2x2 foot'ish lol :) i just stuck the bottom frame together with old 2x1 then attached some old boards to one end to make the coop. :)
I just built this for my broody and her chicks. Made from left over wood, took only 5 hours to make and the roof lifts up. It works perfect to keep them safe. :)
Hmm reminds me of my dog training consistency is always the key. Its my poor mother whos going to have to learn this as she loves feeding the chickens but is a women who never wears pants and lives in long skirts, hopefully with this she will be able to keep feeding the hens.
How can you train them out of being aggressive? This guy is small but becoming a terror I have been shoving him away being the alpha and breaking up any tiffs between him and the other rooster he doesn't go after me as much since then but is really bad whenever anyone else goes into the run. Any...
Thanks so much bee was figuring I had to start a new coop anyway just needed confirmation, still hope all of them hatch safe even though its going to cost me making another coop from scratch, but at least its something I enjoy doing :) as a hobby :)
