On day 18 here and the broody decided its a great time to get off the nest more frequently then she ever has, saw her off it three times today! As soon as i went to feed her she popped off and started eating, she never usually does that since i have the food so close to the nest. Oh well we...

Is it at all possible to raise silkies in a wet climate like Ireland, or would i just have to keep them indoors completely??

Its my first time hatching with this hen but i can already tell that shes one of those no matter what you do she will go back to the nest and sit forever hens. Its late here now so i will clean it 2 moro thanks :)
