Letting my broody turkey raise 2 "Frizzled Easter Eggers", along with 2 poults, just to see what they turn out to look like! Lol

1 week old today & tomorrow. Its so fun watching them outside with momma and all the big chickens!!

Grrrrrrr!!! It has warmed up tremendously in the last few days here! Been messing with my hatcher ALL day yesterday and it is STILL too hot! Its lockdown day, but nowhere to put them yet. Sure hope they aren't early birds!!

How do u know what they r? I have 5 that r 5 days old. 3/5 hatches with this little snood already showing. Those same 3 have wings that look different than the others, looks like they have 2 sets. Lol Do u think that means they r boys?

Day 20! I woke up to 1/10 pipped. And idk what's going on with the 5 under my Silkie. Here we go!!!!! :D

Right! I'm holding my breathe!! Last time when I went to move them to the hatcher on day 18, 1 was already pipped! Day 19 is 1/2 over and notta! Mine usually hatch early, which I know means my temp is too high, but they hatch well and are healthy, so I choose to not change it. Lol

All 5 of my turkeys have hatched!! That's all I had in this one because I accidentally put them in on the wrong day. Lol. So far, except a few non fertile eggs in the beginning, I've had a 100% hatch rate with turkeys!! My little one I thought I killed so assisted is sleeping so I can't tell how...

Well. My little turkey made it out. Yolk sac wasn't absorbed completely though, so I sat him & it, back in the bottom half of the egg and wrapped him back up in a new paper towel, so hopefully it will absorb more while he's resting. The other 4 r pipped! :)

Looks like a Frizzled polish. Same idea as the sizzles. Just a regular polish and a Frizzled Cochin. Adorable!

2 of 4 turkey eggs pipped!! Here we go! May have killed one cause it pipped in the incubator and I hadn't realized it, & was sitting there readjusting all the eggs I was adding and it was open for at least 5 minutes before I put them in the hatcher. Oops! :(
