ML, maybe next time we can carpool. I wanted to be there, my health kept me home.
I was on the look out for Em. DD said there was a lady there scared of turkeys. When DD saw her again, she was near a cage trying to work on overcoming being scared of them, I knew it wasn't Em!

I am thinking it would be neat to have at least a half apron ( or whatever it is called LOL) with pockets to wear when getting my birds ready to coop in.
I am wondering if I still have one of my grandmothers .........
Love the aprons! Good luck selling them this time too!
OH GAVINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Please tell Allison I love the aprons
I hung them both in the kitchen and refuse to wear my favorite one ( the one with the French Chickens) But I wear the Mocha one almost daily. Good thing washing it won't wear it out too fast!

Let me preface this by saying I am new to this as well, but I have been researching coops for the last 3 mos and began mine this weekend. As far as not providing heat, I would at least insulate the walls and ceiling if you can. I know we dont get many stretchs of multiple sub freezing...

NO.. ... I want a couple more turkeys.....to raise......gonna name one Thanksgiving
I had to take care of the farm this week since DH had flu.....I still cannot figure out how a 30-35 pound turkey can fly up almost 5' just to perch on a stall door and fuss at me
