From what i've read it doesn't seem to be a certain variety, as much as the age of the bamboo stand...it has to be at least 5 yrs old. i have seen certain sites that said they only used a certain type (i'll have to go back thru my notes to find the name). then again i've seen a research doctor... -

i just googled honeysuckle, read up about the flowers...as i have a ton of them in bloom right now. from what i read it sent me outside to cut a few blooms and make sure the pic matched to what is outside. i cut a few blooms off and got a milky sap coming from the cut...it smelled good so i gota... -
