Looking at them I was pretty sure they were "point of lay" pullets with those pretty red combs, as I'm not seeing any saddle/sickle feathers, but if they are only 2-3 months old (8-12 weeks, so hatched Nov/Dec?) then those combs are way too developed and red for pullets. Are you sure about the...
