Ok, the only problem might be getting him to my house. Does he think he could do it in one day if I came and picked him up or something? Or you guys could all come up for the day and just hang out.

Hmmm...I might have to commission him. I'd have to have DH figure out what lumber and stuff I need first, but then he could build it for me.

What kind does he build and what does he charge?

Does anyone know of anyone around here that builds coops? DH and I can't seem to find the time...

I still haven't decided what I'm going to keep my Buttons in. Right now they're sharing a rabbit cage (with hardware cloth around the bottom) with my Coturnix. I might keep them in that and move the Coturnix outside. I know wire isn't the best thing for them to stand on, but I really HATE...

Nope - have to wait until the boys get the white bib under their chins.

I'm too lazy to get a pic right now, but maybe tomorrow. The ones I can't tell about are only 4-5 weeks old, so that may be why. Plus 2 of them are silver. 2 are darker and 1 of them has a very thin white line, but not as big as the other one their age, so not sure about it.

Well, I know I have 2 boys and 2 girls, but the other 4 are undecided. Right now they all live together w/ 4 Coturnix.

Apparently I should have been the one sweet talkin' her, since I still don't have a pullet.

I have a question about my buttons...do I have to pair/trio them, or can they all just live together, as long as they're not fighting?
