    the x-ray machine does not make a fertile or infertile spot dissappear. One of them is there, the pic just isn't focused enough to see it or it's on the other side.

    This is an infertile egg courtesy of speckledhen. Did you see this? This would be easier to see than and fertile ring because the fertility ring gets a washed out look.
