    That looks like a pretty deep hole. I would keep her in a warm quiet dimly lit or dark space tonight. Keep using the Neosporin on it. Monitor her feed intake to make sure she is eating well. For more on long-term care I will defer to the more experienced folks like @EggSighted4Life.

    The easiest way I think is to click the box that looks like a frame with mountains and a dot. It will say drop image here. Then select your picture.

    It sounds like you treated the wound ok so far. Can you get a picture or 2 of the wound? It will help folks to help with treatment recommendations. Many birds recover over time....a lot of time. Keep putting the antibiotic ointment on her once or twice a day to keep it from drying out...
