    Brussel sprouts

    Try oven-roasting them. Just cut sprouts in half, put on a baking sheet (I line with foil so cleanup is easy) sprinkle with olive oil and a little salt and roast at 375 until they brown a bit. Roasting carmelizes the sugars in the sprouts so they aren't so "cabbagey"-tasting
