Brussel sprouts

Does anyone have a good receipe for cooked brussel sprouts
other then the same old butter and seasoning ones Ihave used.
I am looking for something that Dh wont shy away from.
He is not much into Vegtables ..but Ihave been pushing him more into that direction. LoL

I make brussel sprouts this way for Christmas and everyone comes back for more.

Saute bacon that has been cut into small cubes

toast some almonds

make or buy hollandaise sauce

chuck sprouts, bacon and almonds into heated sauce and let sit for a few minutes for tastes to combine. Throw a few toasted almonds on top as a garnish.

Try oven-roasting them.

Just cut sprouts in half, put on a baking sheet (I line with foil so cleanup is easy) sprinkle with olive oil and a little salt and roast at 375 until they brown a bit.

Roasting carmelizes the sugars in the sprouts so they aren't so "cabbagey"-tasting
