All three of the above posters are correct. go get some Poultry Nutri Drench by Bovidr Labs at Tractor Supply or your feed store. put 1/2 teaspoon per quart in the water for the chicks. it will get them off to a strong start. Http://www.nutridrench.com- 3riverschick
