Interesting. I have the same style, and it has a turner which lifts the eggs up about 1.5" closer to the heating element. In that case, the temp can vary drastically with or without the turner. With that said - it is feasible that you can hatch with temps too hot. It would lead to the chicks...- BastyPutt
