I agree that it needs more time. I will add this, it would be helpful if you spray Vetricyn spray on the yolk sack and put it back into the incubator. Raise the humidity and hope for the best. I have tied off the yolk sack before, but it doesn't guarantee long life either, and possible infertility.

I can't really tell what I'm looking at here. Have you removed the rest of the shell?
