A Dwarf Hotot (pronounced Oh-toe) has a little line of color around the eyes, and only around the eyes.
They have normal coats, short ears, rounded heads and compact type similar to Netherland Dwarfs.
No, they are not English Spots. Not even close.
The color they are is Broken Black, but the breed isn't clear - I'm inclined to go with a Netherland Dwarf mix.
