rabbit breed questions

If a rabbit of many breeds inherits the broken gene from both of its parents, you get what it often called a "Charlie." Charlies usually have color on the ears, color on the eyes, and very little color on the body. They usually have just a tiny bit of color on the nose (a Charlie Chaplin mustache) or no nose marking at all. I have seen quite a few broken Jersey Woolies and Netherland Dwarfs that had so little color on them as to look like Charlies, but that had either a solid parent or solid offspring to prove that they weren't.
