My sweetie made quiche today. Crust from freshly ground wheat berries, eggs (kept a few away from the neighbors) smoked salmon - cause that’s the meat we had on hand, fresh chives from the garden and I’m not sure what else. Looking forward to dinner. He is such a good cook.
