Just an idea, but couldn't you cook the guts (probably outdoors cause I imagine they'd stink) and feed them to the dogs and/or chickens? I am 99% positive that my dog or chickens would eat it. If you discovered they wouldn't eat it, then you could always put it in a deep hole, throw some cayenne...
