    That has been a concern for me on both of my EE's... Did you mean the 2nd picture of an EE or the actual 2nd EE? It can be hard to tell them apart in those pics.. I worry more about the puffy cheeked one because she's been quite aggressive compared to the others, is bigger, more protective, and...

    Yeah, I agree... But like in your case, I've always noticed the RIR hens to have really red combs normally... So I'm hoping it's the same in my case. :)

    Hello! I am new to BYC and new to raising chickens.... I have a micro-flock of 4 at the moment, and wonder if they all look like hens to others with more experience... I have: 2 EE's that are 12-16 weeks old 1 Rhode Island Red that is 12-16 weeks old 1 Buff Orpington that is 8-12 weeks old Here...
