Kinda but like sometimes I candle some that dont look like they have anything in them and then once I threw one and there was a baby chick

hello guys quick question its like day 12 for me And none of my eggs stink but what day usually do you know there off? I really hope at least 3 or 4 were fertile but then never give up hope
