I got my Blue/Black/Splash and Lavender Bantam Ameraucana eggs in the mail this morning. I bought 2 dozen but she sent me 11 extras!!!

So now I have 56 eggs in the 'bator. 42 of which are in my 1588, the other 14 are in my homemade 'bator. Due dates so far are 4/6 & 4/7

I bet I know who you got them from. I got my b/b/s from her last year and this year got my bantam lavenders which are hatching now. They are so quiet and calm. I think I am going to get some more from her in a couple weeks. Ameraucanas are one of my favorites.​

Yes, I got them fromSally ( a.k.a Little Ameraucana Mom ). Do you have any pictures of them? I would love to see them.

Yep, Sally. Her chickens are wonderful and her eggs hatch better than any of the others in the past five years.

I'll try and get some picks. They won't be too clear with the red bulb but I'll see what I can do.

Turned off the bulb for 10 seconds and took this. The one dark one is a bantam orpington. This is what I have so far and counting.

I have my first broody of the year. A 9 month old BO. She has 4 eggs under her and she started sitting on either 3/17 or 3/18. Oh andmy daughter's science project with 11 eggs on Day 18, locksown tomorow. I saw 3 of the eggs moving once I took them out of the egg turner.
