I'll be setting quite a few eggs this month, I just plugged in my wooden homemade bator, and each tray can hold 77 Standard eggs, or 88 bantam eggs...which means I can fit 231 Standard eggs and 264 Bantam eggs!

I'm mostly setting eggs in my Genesis hovabator, but want to have the homemade 'bator for backup...

Mine are peeping and pipping right now. There will be about 30 bantams.

My other batch in my other bator are almost a bust. Out of 32 eggs, only six are left. They still have a week. I think it was the rough trip. They were delayed because of tornadoes here and so the post office was already a day late and it was COLD where they were coming from and got cold here by the time they made it here. I'll be surprised if the six all hatch next week.

I want some MF Cochins so badly!!

I have a White Plymouth Rock hen that is crossed w/ something, she is so pretty! Not to mention big framed!

Today is Day Day 18 !!! I have 14 GC Eggs under my hen. I havent messed with her or the eggs since day 16. She gets fed and watered and thats it for Her ! Wish me luck !!!

Just found this thread but had some fuzzy butts hatch today! Thy are a day late but still they are starting to hatch! Here are the two who joined us today.

They are just purely mutts, one being silkie cochin mix and the other a major mutt of red sex link and cochin.
