He got on the roots ok, I'm not allowed to go back out right now, but I did pout extra bedding down to soften it a bit, he was mating fine later in the afternoon, so I think he is ok. I will go out early tomorrow to help him down hopefully I'm there early enough.

He is walking on it a bit better. I can set up a ground roost for him, but I doubt he will use it.

Ok, I'm here. My parents think he is fine even though he is having a very hard time walking. He gets no special arrangements tonight. They want him to jump 4 feet on the hard roost, and jump down 4 feet. I'm working on that but they don't like letting me make official choices lol.
