She is not a Australorp, Jersey Giant or a Orpington (the three "Black" breeds hatcheries love to cross). The OP's bird has a White Skin not just some White Feathers around the face. At best I would say she was a Hatchery Type Black Spanish or even just a cross breed. Chris
