To all autralorp owners... I dont have access to a local breeder. Which hatchery would you order from if you had to?

I am wanting to transition my flock to black Australorps. My understanding is that they can go broody, lay a lot of eggs and will get to a good size for eating. Is this your experience? And is anyone here mailing hatching eggs?
