    Yes, that's correct. February 22nd would be day 21 of incubation. So lockdown would be on day 18 would be the 19th. It doesn't hurt to put them on lockdown a day early if your thinking the bantams may start to hatch early. I often take mine out of the auto turner on day 17 and I just don't...

    Sorry, that took so long. I have 10 Silkies on day-16 and 10 Salmon Faverolles on day-15. So far all are developing beautifully! I can't wait! This will be my first hatch for 2020! 😍

    I always seem to be candling more often than "suggested", lol, it hasn't caused any issues yet! I'm just careful to thoroughly wash my hands before handling and I'm gentle with the eggs. On my last candling I still had 100% viability so fingers crossed!!! ...I may have to go check on them now...

    I have two Nurture Right 360s, they just have a different body style so I was curious about yours. :) I have a Version 2 and a Version 3, they must have updated it again and released a Version 4!
