I had a double yolker duck egg once. Both yolks were fertilized, but one yolk ruptured and I discarded it so as not to potentially cause bacteria to grow and contaminate the rest of the eggs.

I imagine the baby will only absorb the yolk it is attached to, resulting if a fairly normal hatching time.
