This is one of my French Black Copper Marans hens raising Swedish Flower Hen chicks that she hatched. She was a GREAT broody, but alas too broody and went to a new home. She was also a great all around chicken!

That's a pretty girl! :love Just for fun and informational purposes... Marans is always said with the S at the end even when it is a single bird. That is because they are named after the town of Marans in France. ;)
