Some of our other chicken friends have had to deal with pox, and they have more worm problems with the warm wet weather. You really don’t need to treat the pox scabs, since handling them can spead the virus to others. But some do use betadine to help dry them out. Shed scabs when healing is...
Oh, well fowl pox can make her feel worse. Many people use Triple Antibiotic Ointment or Terramycin Eye Ointment in the eyes when fowl pox lesions are around eyes. There is no treatment for fowl pox virus, but it should run it’s course over 3 weeks. Some chickens may develop the wet form where...
Is that crust on her face from scratching? The permethrin should be good for 10 days, unless it was washed off. I just suggested the Elector PSP in case the permethrin isn’t doing the job. Permethrin is much less expensive to use. One extra dose of the NutriDrench should not hurt her. Corid...
Yes, that is lice. The eggs are seen in the last photo. There is another very good product called Elector PSP that is really good and goes a long way, but is rather pricey. Here is some info about it:

The permethrin should work rather quickly. That is a heavy infestation. Poor thing should hopefully feel better. Do you see any of the lice eggs at the base of the feathers on her or the others?
If you can identify whether it is lice by the pressence of the white to grey eggs at the base of feathers, or mites, repeat at 10 days for lice and at 7 days for mites. Then check again at same intervals to see if there are signs. Mites can suck blood and cause anemai while lice chew on the skin...
Oh yes, I must put on my glasses. I also would recommend permethrin. I get permethrin 10 by Martins or Gordons, and add water to mix in a spray bottle. You can also find the ready to use spray and garden dust in feed stores. Identifying whether it is lice or mites will be good. Lice should be...
The Flock Raiser is just fine. I might stop the oats, and cut back a little on the scratch, since they are not balanced and offer much less protein. I feed mine just a little treat before roost time, but you would want them to fill up on feed during the day.
I would try feeding her some watery chicken feed, a small bit of scrambled egg or tuna, or even canned cat food, several times a day held up to her beak in a little bowl. Corid water can be put into her food as well.
I would try giving her some Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell 1 ml daily for electrolytes and vitamins. Then stop them while she is on Corid, and resume when it is finished. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? She is at the age that it can occur. Hopefully, this is just dehydration or...
