My problem is my wife just had hip surgery and it is hard for me to catch them to do a soak 3-4 times a day plus I work. I change their pool water daily and figured if I just put in a smaller amount, they would be soaking it in longer.

I just rescued a Jumbo Male Pekin and he has Bumblefoot. My Female Pekin is now showing a possible sign of it as well. Can Epsom salt ( a lesser amount) be placed in their swimming pool so they get a regular bathing of it throughout the day. The water is changed daily and they have fresh water...
