    Amprolium (some brand names corid or safefuard) OR sulfadimethoxine (one brand I've seen is Di-Methox) OR a sulfamethoxazole possibly including a trimethoprim component such as the human drug Septra Any of those three drugs should kill coccidia, I think

    Need to know which med you are able to get and what strength to calculate dose Deworm should not make them sick, can give a bit of loose stool for a few days.

    Ok, so not in the birds water, good! Do you have amprolium (corid) or another anti-coccidia medication such as di-methox?

    1st post says hazal gave 1 ml albendazole, dk if to bird or in water or if that was effective. Sounds like dose needs to be checked and find some amprolium or dimethox or septra

    Would it be possible for us to label each of the posts in text, "ABNORMAL" and "Normal" or something like that, as an aid to beginners? Do you think that would be helpful, to go ahead and have that along with the other descriptive information like "confirmed xyz", or "cecal poo," or "bird died"...

    Is there some way to give this whole thread an ovation? I think it is incredibly helpful and it's going to be an extremely helpful reference for us when folks write in about "my bird is sick and I don't know why." Great job, to everyone who's putting up their photos
