I don’t see anything either. Maybe she was looking at the bottom of the joint but that’s not a scab, just the joint.
Vitamin B complex is great but it only has B vitamins. Rooster booster poultry cell is also a good thing to have around because it has all the other vitamins.
Could you post a picture of the bottom of his feet? Bumblefoot usually is a noticeable sore or dark scab. It’s actually a staph infection, staph pretty much is everywhere and only becomes an issue of it enters a cut or scrape.

Avian/ exotic vets are what to look for, but if you can find a farm vet that will be your best choice, they can pretty much treat anything and they tend to be cheaper. Unfortunatly there really aren’t a lot of them left, most are retired or passed.
There’s also university veterinary labs, some...
Amoxicillin, baytril, or SMZ TMP. Baytril will probably be most likely to treat a wide variety of problems, next best being amoxicillin.

So long as you aren’t feeding any dark foods like strawberries or cherries, Dark brown can indicate bleeding high in the digestive tract, if it’s blood it can be from other things but...
Could you post a picture?
Does it smell really strong?
What color is it? Green? Brown? Black? Red? Rust?
Is it mucous?
Is it bubbly?
Is it constant or occasional?
