    Not sure it's much use but here's a link talking about 'twin eggs': http://blog.lauraerickson.com/2012/04/normal.html It's an interesting read. The odds of even one surviving is very steep so your little egg has done well, even if the other chick doesn't make it. My fingers are still crossed...

    It could just be resting. The pipping is hard work and there's usually a period of rest between pipping and zipping. Yay for lots of movement in the twins egg. They may be a bit behind. We'll all just have to be patient and wait and see. My fingers are firmly crossed for you and the twins.

    It's during the first week that its especially critical to be turning the eggs. Stopping a few days early wont matter at all if they are going to be late, and bantam eggs can hatch earlier so you usually put them in lockdown on day 17. That doesn't stop some coming later than day 21 though...
