Oh yeah, cooked chicken feet!!! I've had those. Now that I've had chickens and know where they've been, I'll never eat them again (not that I more than nibbled at the foot).
Many people can't handle the thought that we eat eggs from our own hens. I gave some to a friend and said, "fresh from the hens' butts", to which she responded, "Thanks for that lovely image, Jenn".

To be honest, it's all a matter of culture. I've eaten many of the things that others would consider weird, much of it in France, much of it made by my French host mom. None of the things she made seem weird to me anymore because they're just a normal part of life.
