Yeah here’s what mine look like now!😅 They are now 8 months old. They have been losing more feathers than the big girls!🤪 Does this still look like juvenile molting @azygous ?

Yeah I think so? She was the first full sized hen to molt. She dropped so many feathers it looked like she got attacked by a hawk!! And then she also went broody while molting...🤦🏽‍♀️ Like I said she is the kookiest!!🤣🤣

My kooky Orpington has been laying while in her molt!!🤣

Could that also be why they have stopped laying? Or is that just because it’s getting colder?

I have another question. If I got my polishes in February is it expected that they will also molt then? Or will it be when it’s warm again?😉
