If I do have to put it down how do I do it painlessly, he's a very sweet chick and I don't want to cause him to much pain, especially since life hasn't been so nice for him.
I'm not sure I've never seen a green ooze come from within the egg so I don't know what that is, I know that it'll probably pass but I just wanted to be sure that I tried everything I could before it comes to that
I have incubated some quail eggs so far 9 have hatched successfully, and I have a problem with a chick it's become very weak it has gas in its crop although it hasn't eaten anything, does anyone have any idea of what could have gone wrong or any ideas on what I can do to help it?
