Urgent help please

I have incubated some quail eggs so far 9 have hatched successfully, and I have a problem with a chick it's become very weak it has gas in its crop although it hasn't eaten anything, does anyone have any idea of what could have gone wrong or any ideas on what I can do to help it?

Yes but it fills back up

I don't believe so, it's also alot smaller then the rest it's very skinny

Another thing I forgot to mention in the post is when it was hatching there was green ooze from within the egg

Like there was bacteria in right before it hatched? I hope I don't make you sad but I think your just going to have to say goodbye to it.

I'm not sure I've never seen a green ooze come from within the egg so I don't know what that is, I know that it'll probably pass but I just wanted to be sure that I tried everything I could before it comes to that

If I do have to put it down how do I do it painlessly, he's a very sweet chick and I don't want to cause him to much pain, especially since life hasn't been so nice for him.
