The more you keep changing things in your small flock the longer it will take for all of the females to lay regularly.

I don't count the hours of sunlight my birds get each day. I don't have added light on them and they are all laying daily. They are not housed inside. All of my birds lay in the late afternoon.

I would not keep the one male by himself...it's probably stressfully for all of them with him being separated. Can you post CLEAR pictures of each bird? Are you sure you have 4 females?
