Yes ... T-Post = not movable. But, take a look at @aart 's hoop coop tractor: https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/aarts-hoop-coop-chicken-tractor.72211/ There are lots of hoop tractor options. It still may not work for your situation ... but is at least something to consider.

I like hoop runs! If your ground can utilize steel t-posts (not super sandy, etc) check out how @Blooie did hers. Her coop page has great pictures and shows how simple it can be. I followed these steps for my run as well.

My run is of sufficient size and security that I keep my pop door open at all times. I pretty much only close it when I'm working in the coop and don't want them to interrupt me. Sometimes when we're out and about they get some free time to peruse the yard.
