    I would not use Ivermectin.To deworm chicks I use Flubendazole 5% which works great and is tolerated very well. But Harkers coxoid should work.

    She might be suffering from coccidiosis. Treatment would be Amprolium or for more severe cases a sulfa drug. Did you ever deworm her?
