I had one like this when I first started hatching. It did not move much for almost 24 hours, but it ended up fine.🙂

Give it chance to dry off, you never know! I would leave it in the incubator until it is fluffed up, so it does not get chilled. Agree, your humidity may have been too high during incubation. 🙂
