That might explain why some of my gold necks are pale yellow and others have mahogany. One is the dominent white version and the other is just gold-neck, carrying two copies of the splash. Cool beans...I'm getting this- I hope.
Someone suggested this bird might have dun and cream. I don't know his genetics, but I got him from Jerry for my project.

True lemons? There's a "lemon" gene? Isn't lemon a buff with either the silver or gold inhibitor (ig) or champagne or just di in Henks calculator? Although I understand the better "lemon" is using the ig gene, because two copies of silver will turn buff white.
