    That’s actually what I was thinking as well. It rained and the legs of the brahmas are really messy and, probably more of our case, our brahmas are super timid and kind of annoying to catch if they don't go back to the coop themselves when we let them out... Thanks for sharing. Have you had...

    Hi everyone, new to the chicken forum - we recently picked up two Light Sussex's and two Light Brahma's. We want to keep only two for the winter (gets down to -25 C). Research tells me that these two breeds seem to be quite similar, but our brahma's are more shy & the sussex's are kinda bossy...
