Also white birds are more of an easy target. And giving them shrubs and small trees for shelter helps too.

The fireworks may be illegal but check into the 12 gauge harassment rounds. From the info I have read they are permitted in ca. I could be wrong tho. Im sure airports can use them whether or not the general public can legally. If you can find it in large rolls 2" hex chicken wire works great...

Sorry but legally no state official can give you the ok to take a protected species period. So like it or not, yes they are wrong. And guess what? They can all lose their jobs for advocating you break a federal law.

You are 100% correct. They are federally protected. No state nor state "official" can give you permission to do so. Plenty of wildlife and fish and game agents on this board, wouldn't be surprised if someone gets a visitor at the door in all honesty.

Locals aren't feds. You go down for a federal crime that local-yocal isn't going to risk his job for you. All raptures (including hawks) are FEDERALLY protected. No state official can legally give you permission period. No state can over rule this period, that's just not how it works. I was told...

They are federally protected. therefor illegal to harm in ANY State. You are advocating illegal activities. If thats your call, then you risk prison yourself, dont try to put others in that situation.

Well yesterday i woke up to the whole pen going batcrap crazy. grabbed mr shoty...
